Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, send us an email at info@liveeq.com and we’ll do our best to help—subject to product availability.
Non-returnable items
All sale items, gift cards, and limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
